Double side mounting tape, strips (cut to size, before to clean with residue free cleaner. We use rubbing alcohol to clean surface of wall where wood will meet + back of sign), putty, brad/pin nailing to wall, some customers have use super glue to hold, or rest crevices/loops/swirls of the letters from small nails.
