Shipping policy

Please double check your address up-to-date & correct. Once we ship, we can't stop your package from going to the address you used at checkout.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Item broke in the shipping process? Email us photos of the item and photos of the packaging (specifically the shipping label area). We will file a claim with USPS & reimburse you or ship you another sign. But we do require proof of product damage & packaging photos regardless of what the packaging looks like.
